✈️ Terms & Conditions for Tours & Travels Business (Bengaluru) 🌍

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) outline the agreement between the travel company & Client. By booking a trip, tour, or service with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Booking and Payments

1.1 Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

  • A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 20% of the total tour cost) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • The Company reserves the right to hold bookings for a specified period (e.g., 24-48 hours) without a deposit.

1.2 Balance Payment

  • The full balance of the tour cost must be paid by the specified due date, typically [Example: 30 days] prior to the departure date.

  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

1.3 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are based on the costs prevailing at the time of quotation. The Company reserves the right to increase the tour price due to unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations, changes in government taxes (e.g., GST), fuel costs, or increases in airline/hotel surcharges.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by the Client

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or registered post). The effective date of cancellation is the date the Company receives the written request. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

2.2 Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, political instability, low bookings, or Force Majeure).

  • In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative tour of comparable value or a full refund of all payments made.

  • The Company is not responsible for any incidental expenses the Client may have incurred (e.g., visas, non-refundable flights, etc.).

3. Client Responsibility and Conduct

3.1 Documentation

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health clearances, and ID proof (e.g., Aadhar, Voter ID) required for domestic and international travel.

3.2 Health and Fitness

The Client confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to travel and participate in the tour activities. The Company reserves the right to exclude any client from the tour who poses a risk to themselves or others.

3.3 Conduct

The Client agrees to abide by the laws, customs, and regulations of all countries/states visited. The Company reserves the right to terminate the tour immediately for any client whose conduct is detrimental or causes annoyance to others, with no refund provided.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Limitation of Liability

The Company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any defect in a vehicle or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

4.2 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory/highly recommended for all tours. The Client is responsible for securing adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, and personal liability.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Bengaluru Specific)

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

6. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Company's website and will supersede all previous versions.
